Trekking in Nepal

After the successful trekking trip to Annapurna Base Camp, Nepal in May 2008, I will be organizing another trekking trip to Everest Base Camp, Nepal in October 2009 for 17 days. Maximum height of this trek is 5,545 meters.

Annapurna Circuit, Nepal (5,500 m) will be scheduled in October 2010.

Minimum Fitness Requirement: That you have run a few 20km races, or you are an avid/serious trekker and have done much local trekking.

Mimimum High Altitude Adaptation Requirmeent: You have trekked up Mount Kinabalu (4,100 m) before. If not, you may want to contact Tony Q at 016-274 2213 and join him for the next trekking trip to Mount Kinabalu.
